Monroe Scott, LLC, is a full service property management company. We work with buyers, sellers, investors and homeowners. We manage properties ranging from single family houses on up. We offer rentals that are appointed in a range from nothing included, to all-inclusive, with furniture, utilities, kitchens with pots, pans, plates and silverware.

We also offer housing in family/group situations for disabled veterans and the special needs community. Each client has his own room, or shares the room with another, and shares common areas such as kitchen and livingroom. The homes are fully furnished and include all utilities (heating, cooling, and electric). We even provide a TV, premium cable/internet/phone, and maid service.
